Do you sell government GSA products?

Yes. Some of our suppliers have GSA contracts.

 

What is your typical lead time?

Standard product that is in stock can ship within a day or two. Any custom or made to order product can take anywhere from 2 – 8 weeks depending on product line, volume, complexity, and production.

 

Do you make custom case sizes?
Yes. Please contact customer service with your requirements.

 

What case marking or branding options do you offer?

We offer several options for marking or branding:

  • Stenciling
  • Hot-stamping or Foil-stamping
  • Metal ID plates
  • Vinyl labels
  • Molded in graphics
  • Laser etching

Can you perform testing to my requirements?

Yes. We can perform various testing on most of our case products.

 

Do your cases meet Mil-Spec requirements?
Yes. We distribute several lines of transit and shipping containers which conform to Mil-Spec requirements such as MIL-STD- 810. For additional Mil-Spec questions, please contact  customer service.

 

Are volume discounts available?
Yes. Quantity pricing is available for all of our products. Price breaks can vary depending on the product line and manufacturer. Contact customer service for any volume pricing requests.

 

What is your shipping policy?

Items not in stock may be subject to minimum $25 drop ship fee from manufacturer.  Please contact customer service for item availability. International shipments must be paid in full via wire transfer before product is shipped and must be shipped on customer carrier account. OrionCase is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs charges for any international shipment.

 

What is your warranty policy?

  • All Pelican Classic and Pelican-Storm injection molded cases as well as coolers and flashlights come with a lifetime warranty.
  • Our Pelican-Hardigg Rotationally molded cases have a 1 year limited warranty to workmanship or defective parts.
  • Fabricated plastic, aluminum, or wooden cases have a limited warranty to workmanship or defective parts.

What is your Return Policy?

You may return most new, off the shelf cases (Pelican and Pelican-Storm) within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Please contact us prior to returning any shipments in order to be issued a Return Authorization Number.  Returned items will be inspected prior to acceptance. Items must be returned new and in unused condition.

All accepted returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

OrionCase does not accept returns for the following products:

  • Custom or made to order cases
  • Items purchased after 30 days

 

Where is OrionCase located?

Our corporate office is located at 409 High Meadows Blvd in Lafayette, LA; however our sales representatives cover Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. We are also able to fulfill standard and custom orders nationwide as well as internationally.

 

What is the best way to get in touch with OrionCase or request a quote?

You may also fill out the “Request a Quote” form on our website by clicking on the “Custom Solutions” tab at the top of the page. If you’re in a pinch, we also offer a “Chat Now” option at the bottom of the page. You can ask a question or request a quote using this method as well. Someone will respond to you in real time to provide answers to any question you might have.

We strive to provide quotes to our customer within 24 hours of the request. Some requests for higher volume or complex custom solutions can take longer to process.
